Chitwan Wildlife Safari tour is one of the best jungle safari tour not only in Nepal but also in Asia. Chitwan National Park is probably Asia’s finest one which is located Nepal’s southern central part of Chitwan district. The park is established in 1973 A. D., covering 932 Sq. km in the subtropical lowlands of the inner Terai both Narayani and Rapti River banks east to west and Siwalik Hill (locally called Churia Hill) region of south.
This is the first national park of Nepal established in 1973 to preserve a unique ecosystem significantly valuable to the whole world. The park covering a pristine area of 932 sq. km is situated in the subtropical inner Terai lowlands of southern central part of Nepal. The park has gained much wider recognition in the world when UNESCO included this area on the list of World Heritage Site in 1984.
Formerly, the Chitwan valley was well known for big game and was exclusively managed as a hunting reserve for the Rana Prime Ministers and their guests until 1950. In 1963, the area south of Rapti was demarcated as a rhinoceros sanctuary. In 1970, His late Majesty King Mahendra had approved in principle the creation of Royal Chitwan National Park.There are more than 43 species of mammals in the park. The park is specially renowned for the protection of the endangered one-horned rhinoceros, tiger, gharial crocodile along with many other common species of wild animals. The estimated population of endangered species of animals such as gaur, wild elephant, four horned antelope, striped hyena, pangolin, gangetic dolphin, monitor lizard and python, etc.

After Breakfast, we will take a Flight to Chitwan (half an hour). Transfer to Resort. Upon Arrival, briefing about Chitwan National Park & Resort. Check in at Hotel. Have Lunch. Go for a Tharu Village Tour to learn and experience the ethnic Tharu Culture & Lifestyle. In the evening, go for a Sunset Tour at the bank of Narayani River. Transfer to Resort. Have Dinner and enjoy the authentic Tharu Cultural Dance performed by the Tharu Community people. Overnight at Resort.

Jungle Safari Activities – Overnight in Chitwan
Enjoy the scrumptious breakfast and move for a Full Day Jungle Safari inside Chitwan National Park. Your first sightseeing point will be Canoe Ride (an hour ride) Rapti River in natural habitat of various aquatic animals such as crocodiles and marsh muggers. After Canoe Ride, we will proceed for a Jungle Walk with Bird Watching Session with experienced Local Tour Guide. Transfer to Hotel and enjoy the opulent lunch. After Lunch, we will go for a Jeep Safari for 3 hours to view the endangered species found in Nepal like Bengali Tiger, One- Horned Rhinoceros, etc. In the evening, we will visit Elephant Breeding Centre and transfer to Resort. Have Dinner and Overnight at Resort.
Fly back to Kathmandu & Sightseeing – Overnight in Kathmandu
