Gokyo Lake Trek- A call from paradise
Gokyo Lake Trek presents an exceptional chance to witness gigantic Himalayan ranges. The mountains are over 8000m including the highest Mt. Everest, Cho Oyu, Lhotse, Makalu, and the Ngozumpa Glacier- the largest glacier in Nepal Himalayas. Gokyo Lake and Gokyo Ri Trek is a beautiful journey to the enticing Gokyo lakes and Gokyo Ri. Besides, it is one of the most amazing viewpoints for great views of Everest and other Himalayas. The 14-days trip begins in Kathmandu where we visit several heritage sites. The Gokyo Lake and Gokyo Ri Trek is an alternative to classical trek in the Everest region. Instead, it takes us to the turquoise which provides exceptional views of Everest and the Himalayas. We also get to marvel at the massive Ngozumpa Glacier and the Gokyo valley from Gokyo Ri.
We can also visit the Sagarmatha National park to view the protected floras and faunas. Most importantly, we will see the sights Gokyo valley has a collection of stoned houses and meadows on the shore of a great lake, Dudh Pokhari.
One of the most noteworthy marks of the trek is the view of the wonderful ice edge between Gyachung (2922m) and Cho Oyu located in the Khumbu region. The Khumbu region always offers the most magical, most serene experience of all, to this experience, Sherpa people add beauty and affection. You will be overwhelmed by the warmth and hospitality extended by the Sherpa People.

Trek from Phakding up to Namche Bazaar
This day, you will first walk across the river and to the village called Monjo. This is the actual entrance to the Sagarmatha National Park. After taking care of all the formalities and ensuring your permits, you will start your trek which will be an upward trek. In this upward trek you will climb altitude of 1600 m to reach our destination for the day Namche Bazar at 3440m. You can take the pace of this trek slow and immerse yourself in the scenery and beauty of mountain summits as you move deeper into the national Park

Rest day at Gokyo (4,750m)
You will start your trek towards the 4th and the 5th lakes. You will walk a great route as for both the lakes you will have to follow the valley floor or climb to the ridge above the glacier on the right hand.Overnight stay at Camp.

Trek down to Khumjung Village
Here we will make a trip to Khumjung monastery and also see the sights of the surrounding village occupied by Sherpa people. Overnight at tea house.

Trek down to Manjo, 5-6 hours
We will leave Khumjung village. After that, the way moves to Syangboche runway which rewards us with charming peak views. Also, we will walk to Thame village. As we depart from Thami, we will walk across the Bhote Khola by means of a bridge. We will after that walk all the way from side to side with the area of Thamo and get there at Namche Bazaar.
Walking down, we will cross the large suspension bridge above the Dudh Kosi River and then pass all the way through Jorsale to get to Manjo. Overnight at Tea House.

Trek to Lukla
This is the last day of the trek. We will walk ahead from Manjo to get to Lukla which is situated at the altitude of 2840 meters. Which takes approximately 5 hours. Here we will celebrate the success of our trek. Overnight at Tea House.

- Nepal entry visa fee, you can easily issue the visa upon your arrival at Tribhuwan International Airport – Kathmandu. You will require 2 passport size photos, $30 USD per person .

- Your Personal Equipment for Trekking. (Sleeping bag(-15), down jacket, Trekking shoes, sun glass, sunscreen, Gloves, trekking stick.
- International Airfare and Airport Departure tax.

- In the Lukla flight, the luggage of 12 kg is only included. If you have extra baggage, You will have to pay extra per kg Rs 100
- If there is early arrival or late departure other than the trek date, and If you are back to Kathmandu early from the trek due to any problem or rescue, the extra accommodation is not included,
- Your trip includes only one time airport transfer to and by lukla. If you have to return back to hotel again and again go to lukla airport because of weather problem, it will be your additional pay.
