This trek is especially suited for those who have some time to spare and want to expend it on some adventure.

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Katmandu

Arrival at Tribhuvan International Airport, Katmandu. A brief orientation along with the necessary documentation will be carried out by your guide.  Overnight stay at your hotel.

Drive from Kathmandu to Besi Sahar

After breakfast, you will be driven to Besi Sahar through the Prithivi Highway which will be about 6 hours drive.

Besi Sahar-Koto Trek

The trek this day involves an ascent through the mule tracks and fir forest and in the later part you will travel through higher oak and maple trees. The trail along the way to Koto also provides magnificent view of Annapurna 2 and Manaslu. Koto is a small village predominantly inhabited by people of Gurung ethnicity whose lifestyle is mostly influence by Tibetan Buddhism.

Koto- Dharmashala Trek

Today’s trek will be rather exciting as we travel along te riverside of Nar Khola passing through two camp sites, a suspension bridge and ascent over a rocky terrace as we finally arrive at Dharmashala.

Dharmashala – Kyang Trek

This day, we travel through Jhuman and Meta and the move towards Kyang. The trail provides excellent views of the Pissang peak, Gyaji Kang, Tilche peak and Annapurna 2. You will be required to pack your lunch from Meta.

Kyang- Phu trek

After a hot breakfast we visit to Tashi Lhakhang Gomba. You will also view the unique life style of people of Phu village after which you will be given time to rest to recover for the remaining part of the journey.

Phu- Chyako Trek

After a short visit to a gompa at Phu we will retrace our steps to reach Chyako with its relaxing camping ground.

Chyako – Naar Village Trek

From Chyako we will travel to naar via Juman Goth and Meta. Initially we will descent to Nar Khola from where the trail leads upto Naar.

Naar to Naar Trek

This day involves acclimatizing yourself with local conditions as we prepare for the remaining part of the trek. The day will be spent hiking nearby and exploring Nar village.

Naar Village- Kang La– Ngawal Trek

With the long and strenuous journey ahead, the trek will begin early in the morning. After climbing a relatively less inclined uphill trail, your first steep ascent will commence followed by a flat section which culminates into a river crossing.

After that, the actual ascent to the top begins where you climb a beautiful old trail. The descent that follows involves a vast difference in altitude where you will climb down Kang La to Ngawal village with a decrease in altitude of 1700m.After coming downhill into a small gorge; a comfortable trail will bring you to the first Chorten high above the village of Ngawal. Finally, a stone stairway will bring you down to the village.

Ngawal – Chulafar Trek

On this day we will trek to the Chula East Base Camp as we are accompanied by mesmerizing views of the Himalayas along the way. The destination is the Base Camp for Chulu East Climbing Expedition.

Summit Day

A big day ahead as we summit the Chulu East travelling through a snowy ridge. The view from the summit is serene as we can behold snowcapped peaks in all directions, with the view of the Manang Valley being the icing on the cake. We then descend down retracing our trail to the Base camp.

Ngawal-Manang Trek

A long trek awaits us this day as we travel from Ngawal to Manang.

Manang-Chame Trek

The last trekking day today involves following the traditional Annapurna circuit where we travel through Ngawal and Ghyaru, which is deemed by many as among its most beautiful parts. From Ghyaru, we will travel through Pisang and Upper Pisang. After descend to Talekhu, in a short while we will reach the large settlement of Chame.

Chame to Kathmandu Drive

After breakfast, you will be driven from Chame to Kathmandu.

Final Departure

You will be taken from your hotel to the airport as per your schedule. You will reach the airport 2 hours prior to your flight.
